Water Table is operated by Sentry Data LLC in Colorado, at coloradowatertable.com and arizonawatertable.com. This page says what we collect, why, and who processes it. Last updated October 2026.

What we collect

  • Your account. Your email address, and a name, firm name, logo or contact details if you add them. A firm's name and logo appear on the share links its members send.
  • Signing in. We email you a one-time sign-in link. A cookie, wt_session, keeps you signed in for up to 30 days and ends after 14 days without use. With each session we store a one-way hash of your IP address and your browser's user agent string.
  • Searches and reports. What you type in the search box and what it matched, the reports you request, buy and open, and the parcels you save. These are linked to your account when you are signed in.
  • Payments. Stripe takes payment. We never receive your card number. We keep Stripe's customer, payment and subscription references and the amount of each order.
  • Share links. When someone opens a link you shared, we record the time, a one-way hash of the viewer, their country, the referring page and their browser type. A note left on a shared report keeps the name and email the writer gives.
  • Feedback. A correction or question you send about a report is kept with your account and the report it concerns.
  • Messages. The contact form sends us your name, email address and message by email.
  • Usage limits. We count requests against your account, or against a one-way hash of your IP address when you are signed out, to apply plan limits and stop bulk copying.
  • Analytics. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views. It sets no cookies.
  • Your browser. The site keeps the address you last searched in your tab's session storage, and an unsent note in local storage. Both stay in your browser.

How we use it

To sign you in, deliver the reports you request and buy, take payment, apply plan limits, prevent abuse, answer your messages and fix problems. We do not sell personal information and we use no advertising trackers.

Who processes it

  • Cloudflare hosts the site, its database and its files, and runs the analytics.
  • Stripe processes payments.
  • Resend delivers our email.
  • OpenStreetMap's Nominatim service receives an address you search when our own address records do not match it.
  • Esri and the US Geological Survey serve map imagery, which your browser requests from them directly.

Keeping and deleting it

We keep your account data while your account is open. Write to us and we will send you a copy of it, correct it, or delete it, except records we must keep for tax, accounting or security.

Children

The site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
